Membership Referral Program
Take advantage of our Referral Rewards Program to attend our Lunch & Learn Events at no cost. Members who refer a colleague to a LAHRA Professional or SHRM Membership are contributing to the growth of our thriving HR community. As a result we will reward referring members with 2 complimentary tickets to our monthly lunch and learn events. There is no limit on how many members you may refer. Referees must indicate the referral name on their membership application to receive credit.

LAHRA members stay informed on legal updates during our special law symposium workshops presented by subject matter experts. Workshops are generally 4-hour morning programs.
Earn your HR Certification
LAHRA encourages certification through the Society of Human Resource Management offering annual scholarships towards the certification process and continuing education credits for SHRM and HRCI recertification.
Career Development and Continuing Education
LAHRA members receive discounted rates at our monthly events. These programs offer a strategic focus on leading-edge human resources issues presented by HR and business thought leaders, researchers and authors. In-person meetings include dedicated time for networking and a meal.
