If You’re Human, You’re Biased!

November 10 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm EST

Date Changed to November 10th!

In this interactive workshop, participants engage in dialog, discussions, and exercises around understanding the origin of biases and how they may impact decisions, perceptions, and interactions. This is not a workshop to eliminate biases, as that is impossible. Instead, we will explore how our biases protect us and how they may contribute to misconceptions about others and different situations.

Agenda will focus on three fundamental learning objectives:

  • Understand the origins of our biases and how they are reinforced
  • Identify the different types of biases and how they impact behavior
  • Apply techniques and strategies to manage biases
