Creating A Positive Impact Through Your Company Retirement Plan
June 17 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm EDT
$10.00 - $35.00
Many people have the desire to work in HR because it provides an opportunity to build relationships with people and results in a positive impact on their lives. Not many people get into HR because they want to be a fiduciary on a retirement plan. Our session will explore how, as a plan fiduciary, you can use the plan to increase the happiness of your employees, yourself, and your organization. We will cover topics such as best practices in participant education/communication, plan design, fee benchmarking, provider due diligence, and understanding your fiduciary responsibility.
By the end of this presentation, attendees will be able to identify potential ways to inspire retirement plan participants to save for their goals, to elevate the value of the retirement plan for recruitment and retention efforts, and add more to the bottom line while decreasing the costs and risks associated with maintaining a retirement plan.
