Create a Culture of Belonging

February 16, 2023 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm EST

Culture Of Belonging™ is a strategic DEI initiative that maximizes people, profits, and productivity. On an organizational level, we tend to think DEI conversations will lead to disruption or difficulty. THE TRUTH IS: When DEI is seen as a strategic initiative, it strengthens the foundation of your culture: YOUR PEOPLE. THIS RESULTS IN: Diverse teams who are motivated and productive because they feel seen, heard and valued, one in which your staff can bring more of their full selves to work. This is how you create A Culture of Belonging™.

You can expect to learn:

✓ A new framework for understanding DEI

✓ A strategic roadmap to creating a more equitable, diverse and differentiated work culture.

✓ A new shared language from real-time learning, conversations, and explorations.

About the Speaker

Growing up in Chicago, Curtis Hill easily drifted into a life of violence and crime and quickly rose to become one of the city’s most recognizable and notorious gang members. While dealing drugs earned him a six-figure per month bankroll, it cost him everything when he witnessed the cold-blooded murder of his best friend and came face-to-face with the immense suffering it caused in his community.

That’s when Curtis turned to education to springboard his street smarts into solid business acumen. After earning four degrees, including a Master of Arts in Teaching and an Educational Specialist in Administration and Supervision. Curtis also has a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, he travels the globe helping businesses, associations and intuitions manage the chaos of people, practices, and profits. His unique way of communicating complex issues like race and division with humor and humanity keeps audiences both laughing and learning.
