Who are You? HR Leader or Administrator?
November 19 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm$25.00 - $35.00
This session will enhance your view of HR leadership and what it takes to earn a seat at the table. Across the United States, 75% of HR professionals are viewed as administrators and not leaders in their organizations. This means someone else is leading them, leading people operations, and basically providing direction to the HR department versus the HR department providing the direction. For HR to earn a seat at the table as trusted executive leader and advisor, this must change. There is work to be done, so let’s get after it!
