Human Resources Manager
Kelly joined Action Associates in 2002 as a Staffing Coordinator shortly after completing her Bachelors of Science from Eastern Michigan University. Not long thereafter she was promoted to Lead Coordinator and then Staffing Supervisor. In 2004, Kelly completed her Master’s Certification in Human Resources & Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. In 2007, Kelly assumed the role of Work Skills Corporation’s Human Resources Coordinator and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2010. In 2012 Kelly was awarded her SPHR certification. In her current role she handles all aspects of compliance and investigation management including AAP and EEO claims as well as personnel performance and staff development. Additionally she oversees the recruiting, screening and initial interviewing for all staff positions.
Flexibility, consistency and fairness are Kelly’s approach to all she encounters while working at WSC with all of its diverse divisions.
