Aimee Zak joined MEP Services in August 2013.  Amy is a graduate of University of Phoenix, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management. Prior to joining MEP Services she had experience working in HR for a non-profit organization and charter schools. Her background furthermore includes 15 years’ experience working in administration, management, marketing and customer service on local and regional levels. In her current position as HR Compliance Manager, she assists staff in maintaining compliance, including policy development, tracking and implementation. She develops training programs and tools for tracking data and compliance thorough human resources information systems. She identifies best practices and leads the HR team to exercise.
